web2ad® provides an organized and efficient business workflow where users create, customize, order, print, and deliver print jobs in one easy process.

web2ad® is a web application designed and developed by Certified Ad Services to provide a internet based, fully integrated solution to Certified Ad Services’ Customers to obtain their marketing and advertising needs. web2ad® offers a secure platform for doing business over the internet, with flexible ordering flow and information management capabilities. web2ad® provides Customers the ability to uniquely use variable data, libraries of templates and images, one-to-one marketing and receive a price online.

Job Flow for web2ad®:

The job is generated and specified by the customers themselves and added to the shopping cart.  Every order is a separate entity and one order may contain several jobs.  The production contract is established once a customer has placed an order.  When the job is ordered, it is transferred to Certified Ad Services production system where the job is printed, packaged and shipped to the customer per the customer’s accepted schedule.

Accessing web2ad®:

To access the web2ad®, the customer uses a browser, Internet Explorer preferred, and navigates to www.web2ad.com. The customers log in to the web2ad® storefront application with their pre-established credentials.  The system verifies the credentials and opens the appropriate customer’s branded portal with the established user type interface.

The Customer interface is divided into four main elements:

Order Jobs – It allows ordering jobs of any type.

Track Jobs – It allows tracking the status of ordered jobs.

Manage Templates – It allows management of system assets like: images, templates, archives, catalogs, inventory, etc).

Manage Account – It allows management of accounts like: users, account details, departments, etc.).

The users, who are given the privileges of Administrator, Supervisor or Designer can access and work with the elements “Manage Templates” and “Manage Account”.

Additional elements are:

Shopping Cart – It shows all the jobs those are already added to the cart and those are waiting to be ordered in the shopping cart.

Software Downloads – It allows the downloading of applications and system features enabled by the Certified Ad Services.

Help – It provides online Help information and navigational tools to the users.
